Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been submitted and the rental agreement has been signed.
All deposits are non-refundable.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, requests must be submitted in writing. Rescheduling may be allowed based on availability and must be completed within a specified timeframe outlined in your agreement.
Yes, alcohol is permitted with responsible supervision by the event host.
The renter assumes full responsibility for the conduct of guests. The Gathering Place reserves the right to address any unsafe or disruptive behavior.
Security is the responsibility of the renter.
If your event requires professional security services, we can provide referrals upon request. All security arrangements must be approved prior to the event date.
Your rental window includes event time, setup, and breakdown unless otherwise agreed upon.
All decor, equipment, and guests must exit the premises by the end of your contracted time to avoid additional fees.
Music is allowed. However, it must remain at a respectful level in accordance with local regulations. Excessive noise may result in volume adjustments being required.
The renter assumes full responsibility for any damage to the property, furnishings, equipment, or premises caused by themselves or their guests.
A security deposit (if applicable) may be required and is refundable after inspection of the space, provided no damages or excessive cleaning are needed.
A Gathering Place is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items brought into the venue.
Any damages exceeding the security deposit amount will be invoiced and must be paid within the timeframe outlined in the rental agreement.
